1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tool Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Service Description

Tool Cloud provides online tools for file processing, conversion, and manipulation including but not limited to:

Image processing (resize, compress, convert, etc.)
Video processing (compress, trim, convert, etc.)
Audio processing (convert, compress, trim, etc.)
Document conversion and processing
Text analysis and manipulation tools
General utilities (QR codes, URL shorteners, etc.)

3 User Accounts

To use Tool Cloud, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4 Credit System & Pricing

Tool Cloud operates on a credit-based system:

Free credits daily
Additional credits available for purchase
Credits never expire
Credits have no cash value
Credits are non-transferable

5 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe:

  • • Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes
  • • Payment is required before credits are added to your account
  • • We do not store your credit card information
  • • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Security Note: All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

6 Refund Policy

Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase at our discretion. To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your request
  2. Provide your account email and purchase details
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  4. Used credits are not eligible for refund

7 User Responsibilities

You agree to use Tool Cloud responsibly and:

✓ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
✓ Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
✓ Not attempt to circumvent credit requirements
✓ Not abuse or overload our systems
✓ Respect intellectual property rights of others

8 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Tool Cloud to:

  • • Process copyrighted content without authorization
  • • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • • Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
  • • Resell or redistribute our services

9 File Storage & Deletion

Your Privacy is Protected

  • • Uploaded files are stored temporarily on our secure servers
  • • Processed files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
  • • We do not scan, analyze, or use your file content for any purpose other than providing the requested service
  • • Your files are never shared with third parties
